ICNEF 3rd Annual Empty Bowls

Event Description

"Empty Bowls is an international grassroots effort to fight hunger and was created by The Imagine Render Group. The basic premise is simple: Potters and other craftspeople, educators and others work with the community to create handcrafted bowls."

It is our pleasure to invite you to the 3rd Annual ICNEF Empty Bowls. A simple meal of soup and bread will be served for the guests who will take home a handcrafted bowl to remind them of the crisis of hunger in the community. Entertainment will be provided.  All funds raised from the event will be donated to the Second Harvest Food Bank to fight hunger in Jacksonville. Last year ICNEF was listed as the second largest donor at the Second Harvest Annual Empty Bowls Luncheon. We are hoping that this year, with your help, we can match or exceed last years contribution and God willing donate generously for this noble cause.
